Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CoreLift LLC ("CoreLift," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website corelift.io (the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Services

CoreLift provides security consulting, software development, and related professional services. The Site serves as an informational resource about our services and a point of contact for potential clients.

Specific service engagements are governed by separate statements of work, master service agreements, or other contracts executed between CoreLift and the client. These Terms govern only your use of the Site itself.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating our services.

Contact Form Submissions

By submitting information through our contact form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to submit such information. You understand that contact form submissions are not confidential and do not establish a client-consultant relationship.

Any confidential information sharing will be governed by a separate non-disclosure agreement executed before the disclosure of sensitive material.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORELIFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoreLift, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Cass County, Missouri, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
